Ché was amazing after a pipe burst in our bathroom - he was on-site within 30 minutes of being called and removed a huge amount of water working until late at night. With all of the dryers and dehumidifiers that he set up, we managed to get the place dry and sorted in time for an open home only 4 days later. His team were also able to re-lay the carpet like new. Ché was fantastic to deal with, always positive and helpful, and I can not recommend him highly enough.

Great service. I had some nasty stains from puppy and grandkids. Some of which were a couple of years old. Carpet is looking great. Not perfect but I did not expect it to be. It’s certainly a lot better than I thought was possible. The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. Definitely recommend them!

I don’t usually feel compelled to leave reviews but in this case I really have to! After recently moving to a brand new home with brand new carpet, our doggo couldn’t figure out how to get outside in the night and the inevitable happened. When other companies couldn’t help quickly, I managed to get hold of Che and he was able to fit me in between jobs and he turned up within the hour. The dog stain was very yellow and I was doubtful that anything could be done but WOW!! Super impressed with Che’s ability to COMPLETELY remove the stain. Great communication and professionalism from start to finish. Putting Klever on speed dial in case we need help again in the future!

Easy booking system with followups, kept informed on the day via text when to expect Nadine, this is brilliant service.Nadine was prompt, friendly and did a fabulous job on my lounge and recliner chairs. Highly recommend AA++

WOW. I cant express how awesome this clean was. We had Louie and he was so friendly, and so good, prompt and did such a good job. We requested a general pet urine clean and he cleaned everything for us! Some stains have been there for years and they're gone! I will be coming back to this company everytime!
