How It Works
- When we arrive we assess where the water has reached to using our moisture sensors.
- Depending on the extent of the damage we then extract any excess moisture using our powerful truck mounted equipment.
- Once excess moisture has been sucked away, we then lift up the carpet and place drying fans to run air underneath. this dries out both layers of carpet and the foam underlay as well as the subfloor beneath whether itโs concrete or wood.
- While there we also treat the carpet with an acid rinse and antimicrobial agents. this stops any smelly mould or mildew forming and removes any potential yellowing of the carpet caused by water damage.
- Once the fans have done their job and everything is dry, we will come back to your home and re-lay your carpet.
- Done right, itโs as neat and tidy as it was before and ensures your home is back to normal so you can enjoy using it again.
- No wet carpet problem is too big or too small
- We take the wet carpet repair jobs the big guys turn away.
- We can work to a budget if you don’t want to use your insurance

The hot water extraction method of carpet cleaning uses water thatโs 98.9 degrees Celsius. This heat is how we break apart dirt and grease from the carpet fiber to be extracted with our powerful vacuum.
Truck-mounted machines are the only machines with the power to reach deep into the carpet pile and extract maximum dirt then whisk away left over moisture.
How Long Does It Take?
There are several different factors that determine how long the job will take. Weather, wind, and the skills of the carpet cleanerโs doing the job will all make a real difference.
Carpet cleaning for most homes takes around 2 hours. Dirtier carpet or large homes usually take longer. Most carpet dries within 2-4 hours. Old carpet or thick pile carpet can take up to 8 hours max.
Wet or cold weather generally increases drying times of your carpet by only 25%.
