Ché did an amazing job after we had a flood. Not only did he vacuum up the water, he pulled up the section of carpet, put in industrial fans to dry between the carpet and underlay, added in a dehumidifier then came back and relaid the carpet. He communicated when he would be there and turned up. ... Best service.read more

Outstanding. I will tell you why. They have the most proactive communication and the fact that they own the space of being the company who cleans carpets and don’t do minimum nonsense room numbers like the other big guys. You want one room done. They do it. Amazing. I wanted one room cleaned with... puppy urine issues. Got a quick professional response and booked it in. They sent me on the day an ETA, turned up, well presented and with a smile, did the job incredibly well and left, not selling at the time additional treatments at large cost like others we have used. The team haven’t yet come to do the work but I’m wanting to share the fact their messaging is prompt, friendly and professional. A huge contrast to the other company I tried. So would highly recommend.
